01Building and equipmentRecord the transport width, height, length, weight, projections, and equipment envelope with the delivery operator.02Complete routeReview road access, turns, slopes, gates, trees, overhead lines, bridges, and the final approach.03Measured openingsRecord the narrowest clear opening and the conditions under which it was measured. Include photos and units.04Ground and weatherAsk the operator to assess bearing conditions, wet ground, slopes, and the weather decision.05Prepared destinationConfirm the foundation, final placement, orientation, access, and any work still needed at the site.06Permissions and responsibilitiesIdentify the owner of any fence removal, obstruction work, permit check, or neighboring access permission.07Operator reviewHave the person responsible for delivery review the complete information and resolve uncertainties.08Written handoffSave the agreed plan, exception decisions, contact details, and date for the final pre-delivery check.
